Applying for
an SBA 504 Loan is as easy as applying for a conventional bank loan. There
are only a couple of additional documents required by SBA that are not
used by any bank. All other information is shared between NSDC

How long will it take?
SBA 504 Loans are typically approved in two to three weeks. However, a pre-qualification can be issued within three days after receipt of limited financial information.
