Bill Wilson, CCIM, Assistant Vice President of Nevada State Development Corporation, helped P.I. Land Las Vegas, LLC, dba Phoenix Recycling Technologies, obtain a $2.4 million SBA 504 Loan. Phoenix Recycling Technologies just finished establishing a manufacturing facility for the production of crumb rubber. Now, it is the only licensed facility of its type in the state of Nevada. This loan was approved with a 4.35% interest rate for a 10 year term. The borrowers were thrilled that the loan funded as quickly as four months. The purchase of this equipment created 19 jobs for the Las Vegas community.
