NSDC: $45 Million in SBA 504 Loans Approved in Fiscal Year 2012

Las Vegas, Nev. - Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC), a non-profit organization, has approved $45 million in SBA 504 loans in the fiscal year 2012. This compares with $30.4 million in fiscal year 2011, which is a 48% increase in loan activity for the state. The $45 million in SBA 504 loans translates into approximately $122 million in commercial real estate projects for small business owners and helped create or save 1,409 jobs in the state of Nevada.
