Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC) is a non-profit organization that helps small to medium-sized businesses grow and prosper by providing loans for commercial real estate and equipment at reasonable rates and terms that would otherwise not be available.

Since NSDC was established in 1981, it has helped nearly 1,500 businesses obtain approximately $1.8 BILLION in real estate and equipment financing.
